Picsel Technologies has installed a president and chief operating officer.
Michael Matthews takes over both roles at the company's Glasgow HQ, having previously held the post of chief marketing officer at Amdocs.The latest executive appointment comes four months after Picsel hired former Voda content chief Graeme Ferguson as MD of its content and ad division.
The company, which offers a variety of on-device mobile publishing tools and software, recently struck a deal to deliver Vogue, Economist, Esquire and GQ magazines to KTF subscribers in Korea.
Picsel's software is now embedded in more than 100 million handsets globally.
