Development roadmap will be managed by Reverb Communications.
Video games publisher Playlogic has confirmed it will be releasing titles for the iPhone and iPod Touch, having secured various and as yet unnamed IPs for the platform.
This move follows the hiring of several staff to the Playlogic management team as well as the announcement of partnerships with video game agencies Reverb Communications and U & I Entertainment.
Reverb already represents a number of iPhone publishers and developers, including Publisher X and Pangea Software, and will manage Playlogic's roadmap.
Rogier W. Smit, EVP at Playlogic Entertainment, said: “Over the past year it has become apparent that the iPhone has moved from being just a mobile platform to becoming another console in the mix. This announcement provides additional insight into Playlogic’s aggressive roadmap for 2009, with a strong line-up on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii and now also focusing on the iPhone platform.”
