Strategic alliance to drive off-portal ads kicks off on O2's 100% Mobile store.

Player X Distribution is to offer its managed service content partners the ability to run integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising across AdMob’s global network.

The facility will initially focus on the recently launched 100% Mobile portal on O2 UK (which Player X manages), where campaigns are driving traffic on portal as part of a customer acquisition programme.

100% Mobile content partners can track conversions from their ad campaigns through to download.

Russell Buckley, VP of global alliances at AdMob, said: "Player X is clearly a leading player in mobile gaming, so it's great to be able to work with them as they expand, and to drive significant traffic to their gaming portals. Based on our work in the gaming sector, we expect some really impressive results."
