Mobile games fallout following recent acquisition.
ROK is considering legal action after UK mobile games publisher Player One entered administration - despite having agreed to be acquired by ROK in October.
The administration news was reported on PocketGamer.biz earlier today, so ME got in touch with ROK's Bruce Renny to get the company's view.
"The former Directors of Player One have indeed placed the company into Administration," says Renny.
"This came as a surprise to ROK and we are currently taking legal advice with a view to seeking considerable recompense from the former Directors of Player One."
ME is contacting Player One for its take on the situation: watch this space.
