The phling! MusicLounge Mobile Web App lets a phling! subscriber stream music they already own to their mobile from their PC as well as joining the global phling! community of music lovers. It’s already launched a Java app, but this new launch will enable new users to participate without making a download.Oxy Systems’ president and CEO, Mike Krasner, said: “The phling!
