Electronics giant accelerates its mobile renaissance with is highest spec Xenium device.
Philips was quite a force in the handset market at the start of the decade, but disappeared when the 'big' five began to dominate. Now, along with Toshiba, Acer, Hyundai and others, it's giving the market another crack.
The touchscreen Xenium X830 follows the the X810 and X800, and includes Quad-band GSM connectivity, GPS, wi-fi, MP3 player and FM radio. It will be launched soon across Europe.
