Pannon Hungary has launched a new WAP-based music download service called Get-a-Track.
It’s being offered by the operator’s youth-oriented djuice brand and enables customers to download songs for HUF 299. However, it will also run a promotion every month with songs by two selected musicians available at HUF 99 each. Green Day and Lovegun are the launch artists, with Garbage and Magna Cum Laude following in August. Pannon claims a download will take between 10 to 20 seconds.
Get-a-Track also supports searching by artist, music title and album, and the cost of data transfer in included in the download.
