Nokia makes progress on payments, says consumers from 152 countries have visited Ovi Store.
The handset giant has just released a bunch of stats and findings from the first two weeks since its Ovi content store went live. Here they are:
* Nokia consumers from 152 countries have visited Ovi Store in two weeks
* Ovi Store is accessible from over 75 Nokia devices in five languages
* Ovi Store has mobile billing from 27 operators
* Applications category is top among free items; Games is top within premium content
* Photo Twister is top app in volume; Gravity is top in revenue
* Many of the top apps are messaging applications (Twitter, Facebook & SMS apps)
* Top countries for download in alphabetical order are: Germany, Italy, Spain, UK and USA
