Greece's Out There specialises in message based advertising for operators to opted-in subscribers. It's made a lot of headway in the space with mutliple deals across the Balkans and Eastern Europe in particular.
This new offering is open to all Beeline customers. Sales, business development and operations support will be handled by the Out There Media office in Moscow.
The centrepiece of the new service is “Be the First to Know”, which uses SMS and MMS messages, as well as the mobile internet, to inform customers about offers, promotions, discounts, new products and innovations from retailers, financial institutions, car manufacturers, etc.
Prior to official launch, more than 200.000 VimpelCom customers opted in. Launch partners include Perfetti Van Melle (which owns Chupa-Chups, Smint and Sula) and BANK URALSIB.
