From September, Orange will include Deezer Premium in its Orange mobile and ADSL offers.
The move puts Orange in competition with Spotify and others, and replicates to a degree the successful all-you-can-eat music offer pioneered by TDC in Denmark. Following the deal, Orange is taking out a minority stake in Deezer.
Deezer Premium provides unlimited access to more than seven million tracks with no advertising.
Raoul Roverato, Orange's EVP of new growth activities, said: "This partnership will enhance our offer by giving us the opportunity to provide our customers with the best of music, inclusive in their internet or mobile package. Orange is also delighted to be joining forces with France's leading music streaming player, and also its most dynamic competitor."
