But it's unclear whether the offending store has been removed.
Indie app store GetJar has added the Opera Mini 6 browser again, weeks after the two companies fell out publicly over Opera's launch of its own mobile web-based app store.
"I’m glad that Opera Mini is back in the GetJar store," says Opera EVP of consumer mobile Mahi de Silva in a statement. "We believe Opera should be everywhere and we love the fact that our fans will now be able to download Opera Mini again from GetJar."
Meanwhile, GetJar's CMO Patrick Mork says that "Opera Mini has been a great partner and one of our top apps for many years and our users will be happy to have a bigger and better version of Opera Mini back in our store."
Which is fair enough, but it remains unclear what happened to get the two companies chummy again, and whether the Opera app store is still available. We're reaching out to both companies to find out.
