AndroLib is a website that lets Android users browse and discover apps; it's an alternative to Android Market basically.
It's just had a makeover, and it includes a refreshed stats section, which was showing 1,060,748,057 downloads from 85,000 apps last time ME looked.
The site will soon give Android developers the opportunity to customise their application pages and company page, as well as access advanced statistics.
