Follows up injunction against Galaxy Tab 10.1 with a call to remove the whole family.
Apple had been granted an injunction by a German court, although this was temporarily reversed earlier this week, putting the Tab back on shelves everywhere apart from Germany.
Now Computerworld reports a new filing in the Netherlands alleges patent infringement (in addition to design stealing), and thus goes further than the original filing.
And it means that the action is aimed at all Samsung smartphones and tablets, including the Galaxy Ace, Galaxy S and Galaxy SII, as well as the original Galaxy Tab 7 and new 10.1 tablets, Nexus S, Gio, Europa, Appolo, and Mini.
The action calls for a complete recall of all stocks and a legal injunction against "manufacturing, stocking, importing, distributing, trading or selling" by Samsung Korea and its Dutch subsidiaries.
The Hague court will rule on the injunction September 15, with any injunction granted fromOctober 13.
