Europe will be a Zune-free zone until Q4 2006, said Microsoft at the Midem event in France.
Microsoft’s Jason Reindorp put a brave face on the Zune’s critical battering and relatively slow sales, promising more models this year – and a Euro launch by Christmas. “We feel really good about the first steps that we've taken," he said. "The industry moves in this sort of Christmas to Christmas cycle.
