The new app for Series 40 and 60 is another innovation from Beta Labs, which has also recently unveiled services based on augmented reality and other enhancements.
It gives users the option to search by the following categories: Eat and Drink; Entertainment; Shopping; Transport; Sight Seeing; Business and Services; and Facilities.
The app then checks where the user is situated and offers various results plus the ability to call direct from the search screen.
There's also an option to share details with friends.
