Much-anticipated 5800 XpressMusic about to hit India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Russia, Spain and Finland.
Nokia's initial answer to the Apple iPhone is making its way to stores around the world, with consumers in Russia, Spain, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Finland among the first to get their hands on the product. The Finnish company first unveiled 5800 XpressMusic - previously known as the Tube - back in October and said it would cost around 279 euros before taxes and subsidies.
The device comes with 8GB memory for up to 6,000 tracks and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
A 'Contacts Bar' lets users highlight four favorite contacts on their home-screen and, through a single touch, track a digital history of recent text messages, emails, phone logs, photos and blog updates.
The Nokia 5800 XpressMusic will also be available in a Comes With Music edition early next year, with pricing details to follow.
