On-board storage halved too
The Register reports that Nokia is about to re-launch its X6 music handset without access to the Comes With Music service that it was originally launched with back in November.
The company has also reduced the handset's memory from 32Gb to 16GB - enough, says Nokia, for 5,500 tracks.
According to The Register Nokia has offered up an explanation for the X6 redux, but speculates that slow uptake of Comes With Music could be a factor.
