Nokia fleshes out Ovi Store plans

Video will be part of the content offering and N-Gage games will be discoverable through it.

Nokia says video will feature as part of its upcoming app store launch, though the company will stop short of full-length movies of the sort being offered by Samsung.

Speaking to Reuters, Nokia's head of entertainment business Tero Ojanpera also confirmed that high-end N-Gage games would be discoverable via the Ovi Store, but remain in a dedicated sales channel.

The Ovi Store is due to be launched in May, with operator billing support in the UK, US, Singapore, Spain and five other countries.

Like Apple's App Store content providers will receive a 70 per cent rev share (as long as the consumer pays by credit card rather than operator billing).
