Nokia has pulled out of the WiMax market by ending production of its N810 WiMax Edition.
Reports say Nokia stopped making its only WiMax device, as it's 'reached the end of its lifecycle' even though it's only nine months old.The move puts further pressure on WiMax as the upgrade path for mobile super-broadband. The technology has done okay in the US, but elsewhere is being eclipsed by LTE.
