Nick Clegg leads Flirtomatic's UK election snogging poll

Forget your marginal seats, this is the real bellweather of the UK electorate

Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg has come tops in mobile social network Flirtomatic's own take on tomorrow's UK general election.

Flirtomatic invited its members to vote for their favourite party leader by sending them a SuperSnog, one of its pieces of social content.

So far over 10,000 Flirtomatic users have 'snogged' a leader - as of 10:30 this morning Nick Clegg held the majority of snog votes with 34.4 per cent, with Conservative leader David Cameron just behind on 33.9 per cent.

Labour's Gordon Brown currently lies third with 31.7 per cent of the votes.

Flirtomatic also asked users to rate the leaders out of 10 (presumably on looks) - Clegg is in front here too, with a rating of 6.9, with Brown and Cameron both on 5.8.

Voting will continue until 10am on Thursday, May 6th, after which the votes will be counted and a winner will be announced. All of the Flirtomatic users who snogged the winner will win 10 free SuperSnogs.
