Community app provider NewBay will add 70 new staff to meet demand for its LifeCache products.
The company is recruiting in Ireland and the US and has already made two senior appointments with Freddie Kavanagh joining as chief development officer and Triona Mullane joining as CTO.NewBay’s LifeCache product suite lets operators white-label various community products to help their subscribers create, store, view and share user generated content. Services include photo and video albums/blogs, social networking, handset clients, network address book and messaging solutions.
The company powers MySpace and Bebo apps for various operators and counts among its customers T-Mobile, Telefonica O2, Alltel Wireless, Orange, Vodafone, Swisscom, Bell Mobility, Maxis and SETAR NV.
