Mobile Entertainment Distribution to pick up where Telcogames left off?
Pocketgamer.co.uk has got its hands on docs that show execs at now defunct mobile games aggregator Telcogames (which went into administration last month) have set up a new business.According to filings at Companies House, a firm called Mobile Entertainment Distribution Ltd has been set up and registered at Telcogames' old offices at 77 Oxford Street. The new company was incorporated on April 22nd.
And documents subsequently sent to ME show the MED Ltd ownership breakdown as follows:
Mr. Jamie Conyngham (former Telcogames CEO) - 49,000 shares
Mr. Lewis MacDonald (former MD of Telcogames Europe) - 36,000 shares

Mr. Juan Montes (former Telcogames chairman) - 15,000 shares
Interestingly, Pocketgamer says the Companies House documents indicate Juan Montes resigned as a director of Mobile Entertainment Distribution on 14th May.
It will also be interesting to see if the new company makes a move to buy up the assets of Telcogames, with administrator Menzies recently restating its desire to sell the company as a going concern.
