New CEO for Flirtomatic

"There's only so much flirting a 50 year old man can do" says departing chief Mark Curtis.

Neil Goldberg now takes over from Curtis as the CEO of parent company Handmade Mobile Entertainment.

He joins with 16 years of entrepreneurial experience - most with Silicon Valley startup SayNow, a voice-based entertainment firm ultimately sold to Google.

Goldberg inherits a company that has become one of Europe's biggest social networking success stories.

Flirtomatic has over 4m members across UK, Germany, Australasia and the US. It has built a 2m user base in the US in less than 18 months.

Curtis said: “It’s with great pleasure that I welcome Neil to Handmade Mobile Entertainment, and wish him all the best in his new role.  I’m looking forward to handing over the reins and to watching the company go from strength to strength.”
