Netflix Windows app launched

Spb Software has developed the first official Windows app for the Netflix DVD rental service.

The Mobile Manager for Netflix is an on-device app that interfaces with the Netflix web service, to give members the chance to search the library, view movie details, managing their DVD queue and play movie trailers.

The product was built on the Spb Mobile Shell UI engine, which has been used in such other applications as Spb Wallet, Spb Online, Spb Weather, Spb Traveler.
