N900 slips to November

Nokia's much-fancied smartphone to land a month later than originally planned.

The high-end device, the first to be based on Nokia's new Linux-based Maemo operating system, was unveiled at Nokia World in September to much praise from the trade. It was expected to hit stores in October.

It will come with a touchscreen and a slide-out keyboard, and will retail for around 500 euros.
