Myxer targets US retailers with $5m campaign

Ad-supported content specialist Myxer has launched a Giveaway Campaign worth $5 million.

It’s offering $5,000 worth of free online advertising to 1,000 independent retailers over the next 12 months. The giveaway includes banner creation and
Placements, and is targeted towards each store's geographic area. In exchange, participating retailers promote Myxer via countertop displays.

The idea is to help stimulate data plan sales. Stores will be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis, and Myxer expects all of the allocated campaign dollars will
be claimed by December.
