Its 40m users are downloading 90m pieces of content a month.
Mobile entertainment firm Myxer says it expects to have served 40 million users by the end of this month.
The company is currently generating 90 million downloads of music, apps, images, games and videos a month, and has delivered more than one billion downloads in the last 12 months.
Myxer claims that it expects to pass two billion total downloads by the end of this year, based on its catalogue of more than six million items. It's currently at the 1.7 billion mark.
"Our growth has far surpassed many established media sites, and has been highlighted by our expanding relationships with key publishers and repeated ad buys by world class brands," says CEO Myk Willis.
The company has recently launched MP3 music apps for Android and BlackBerry, allowing users to browse and buy from a catalogue of more than two million tracks.

Myxer also says that its mobile website currently attracts more than 10 million monthly unique visitors.
