Rationalisation at social network continues, with 300 jobs to go outside the US.
The move follows last week's news that the News Corp-owned company would be shedding a third of its US workforce.
MySpace employs around 450 staff internationally and today's cuts will see the closure of four offices.
The plan will not affect MySpace China or its Japanese service.
Going forward, MySpace will run its international operations out of Berlin, London and Sydney, with all other local offices in line for review and possible restructuring.
The social network, which has partnered heavily in mobile, says the moves are necessary as it seeks to go back to what it calls a start-up mentality.
