MySpace has unveiled its integrated mobile client for BlackBerry devices.
The new application gives BlackBerry users a customised MySpace interface for access to a host a features, including the ability to receive updates and send messages to their network in real time, as well as upload photographs to their profile from their BlackBerry smartphone with the click of a button.Features include
· A full messaging interface, including comments, bulletins and messaging
· Real-time status and mood updates
· Find, add, and respond to friend requests
· Camera integration and optimized photo management allowing users to snap, sort and upload pictures anytime and anywhere
· View and comment on friends’ albums and photos
· Notification of new MySpace events (message and friend requests)
Blackberry and MySpace have already announced plans to work together, while Facebook cosied up to Blackberry in 2007. MySpace’s mobile website now receives more than two million daily unique mobile visits.
