Google-powered device will be exclusive to Voda in the UK, Spain, Germany and France.
Vodafone has revealed its first Android-based smartphone in the form the HTC Magic.It's the first fruit of Vodafone’s membership of the Google-led Open Handset Alliance and will launch in the spring.
The device will be available from free on various price plans and sports a 3.2” QVGA touchscreen display, a trackball and navigational buttons, Google Mail and Google Talk for instant messaging, Google Maps, Google Search and YouTube.
HTC's Magic is exclusive to Vodafone initially in UK, Spain, Germany and France (SFR) and non-exclusively in Italy, with more countries to follow.
