MWC: Peerbox gets Israeli deployment

Israeli operator Unicell will offer the PeerBox community app to its subscribers.

Nareos’s PeerBox Mobile lets users access and share music files, videos, and user-generated content. It will be available to Unicell’s 250,000 customers beginning March 2008.

Alexander Zaidelson, VP of business development at Nareos, said: “The agreement with Unicell adds yet another influential B2C mobile content company to our list of clients. Unicell’s customers will be able to access and share the best of user-generated content and social networking with the global mobile user community. The Israeli mobile phone user is sophisticated and creative – and we expect PeerBox to be a big hit with Unicell’s customers.”
