Glu Mobile has reported a lower fourth-quarter loss and raised its 2008 revenue outlook.
For 4Q 2007, the games company reported a $861,000 loss, compared with $2.3 million for 4Q 2006. Quarterly revenue rose year on year to $18.1 million from $14.3 million. The company's yearly revenue rose to $66.9 million from $46.2 million in 2006.Glu also said its average revenue per top-10 game rose 26.4 per cent, or $199,000, during the quarter to $751,000. These games made up about 52 per cent of its revenue in the quarter.
