Russian operator joins growing list of partners for Athens-based ad specialist.
VimpelCom will now roll out targeted ad campaigns using Out There's Mobucks mobile ad channel. This enables the operator to manage targeted advertising delivered across multiple mobile channels to its subscriber base of 64 million, including 51 million in Russia.
