D'oh!
As we reported yesterday, next week will see the official unveiling of Motorola's new Droid handset, which is set to get a big push in the US from Verizon Wireless.
This week has seen a teaser campaign that's taken great pains to keep the device's look and full features secret, ready for the big reveal on 28th October.

Mobile industry sites like Unwired View were all over the leak, gleefully revealing that the handset boasts a 550MHz CPU, 3.7-inch WVGA-resolution touchscreen, Wi-Fi, stereo Bluetooth, accelerometer and GPS.

However, one intriguing detail is that Motorola's MOTOBLUR UI isn't mentioned at all on the micro-site. Unwired View speculates that it won't be included in the device at the request of Verizon.
