Apple Insider quotes a blogger with a contact at Apple's manufacturing partner Foxconn, who says the next iPhone will a 'repeat' of existing models in terms of form factor, but with increases in clock speed and memory: a 600MHz processor and RAM doubled to 256MB.
Apparently, the handset will ship in 16GB and 32GB with a 3.2-megapixel camera featuring autofocus.
