Momac to power O2's mobile microsites

O2 chooses Momac's publishing platform mvolve to create over 50 'on the fly' sites.

The deal cements a relationship between the two firms that goes back some time; Momac is already the sole ringtone provider on O2 Active.

It enables O2 staff to self-manage the quick creation of microsites for promotional and communications purposes.

“Mvolve has made us a lot faster and responsive, and better able to turn around mobile versions of campaign sites to very tight deadlines, which is what the business expects of us,” says Phil Hornsey, senior manager of mobile internet.

“From the minute we were given access to mvolve we’ve used it to build mobile sites ranging from campaign support sites to competitions to mobile versions of product info sites.”
