Jon Vlassopulos, formerly of Endemol USA, joins expanding Bellrock Media subsidiary.
Moderati has installed Jon Vlassopulos as its new CEO as its pushes into the realms of cross-platform ad-funded content.Vlassopulos, who left his role as SVP of Digital Media and Branded Entertainment at Endemol USA last month, will also assume the title of General Manager for Bellrock Media in North America.
Vlassopulos worked on the US version of game show Deal Or No Deal and prior to that was a senior director of biz dev at AT&T.
At AT&T, he helped launch Moderati’s Modtones ringtone service on mMode.
Hiroshi Nakata, CEO of Bellrock Media, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Jon to the Moderati team. His deep experience in branded and mobile entertainment will help pave the way for some exciting new initiatives.”
