Combined company will offer operators rich-media mobile internet and mobile messaging solutions
Mobixell Networks has confirmed its acquisition of 724 Solutions and will now offer mobile web services to operators in the US, UK, China, Switzerland, India and Israel
The rationale for the deal? Mobixell says the acquisition was driven by a joint vision of the two management teams, shared by the combined company’s customers and channel partners, as well as compelling synergies in the core competencies and technologies.

Mobixell has made its name providing platforms that deliver mobile messaging, video and advertising solutions.
The objective in combining the two technologies is to deliver a 'next generation intelligent mobile internet platform capable of taking a leadership position in the rapidly changing market'.
The combined Mobixell/724 customer base includes Verizon Wireless, Vodafone, Orange, Swisscom, Turkcell, AIS, IBM, Motorola, Alcatel-Lucent, NSN, Huawei, Ericsson and Comverse.
