mobilePeople has launched an ad solution to strengthen its local mobile search services.
The ‘liquid Advertising Suite’ will give directory publishers access to contextually and geographically relevant mobile advertising. The suite consists of the liquid Ad Server, the liquid Adsite Builder and liquid SMS Links. It will be integrated with mobilePeople’s mobile search platform, which has launched in 12 markets worldwide.The platform, already live in Scandinavia, can deliver targeted mobile ad campaigns for directory publishers, complementing listings based on yearly subscriptions.
Ads can be targeted to users based on time, keyword, category or location. The mobile user's behaviour also impacts the adverts that appear during their user session. For example, if a mobile user is searching for a car showroom in his vicinity the user can also be provided with car insurance results and local garages.
