Oz content provider MobileActive plundered its 97 country distribution channel to reach the milestone.
All time mobile app downloads at the firm increased 140 per cent in the nine months from June 2009 (216,800) to March 2010 (525,000).
MobileActive’s distribution network through its RingRing Studios division is now at 97 countries, and more channels are being added.
In-house studio RingRing Studios makes eight mobile apps in eight languages, with more in the development pipeline. It distributes through independent retailers, operators and application stores.
