Agreement will put Indian publisher's games on operator decks across Asia Pacific.
The deal encompasses Australia, Singapore and Thailand and includes various unspecified games from the Jump catalogue.
Jump Games is an independent venture of Reliance Big Entertainment, which is part of the multi-national conglomerate Reliance ADA Group.
Last summer it opened a US headquarters in Chicago.
Salil Bhargava, CEO of Jump Games, said: "This deal enables us to expand our mobile distribution with a respected partner in the Asia Pacific region. Through our agreement with Mobile Streams we will gain access to over 40 network operators in ten countries as well as the opportunity to increase our customer base and revenues."
