US mobile content portal to offer the usual mix of ringtones and wallpapers
Mobile Streams says the new store is intended to complement its flagship US site Ringtones.com.
The company says MobileDownloads.com, which powered by its proprietary MultiMobi platform, will offer download MP3 ringtones and polyphonics from 500 publishers and labels.
Mobile Streams has been ramping its US operations with several exec hires over the last couple of months.
Brian Patterson, Senior Vice President, North America at Mobile Streams, commented: “The US is a key region for our mobile internet services this year. We are pleased to have launched our second retail store in the market and look forward to providing mobile users with the best mobile retail experience”.
