Antix Labs
Cross-platform games distribution channel, Antix Labs, recently secured a major deal with PopCap Games and continues to drive ahead with the hire of Adam Prichard as business development director.
Prichard was previously owner and MD of games publisher Licensed4U and will now work with the Antix technical and marketing teams and 3rd parties in his new role, reporting directly to Antix founder Francis Charig.
Charig, said: "Adam has the objective of accelerating our developer programme and has immediately had a positive effect bringing us top tier publishers."
Prichard, added: "I am very excited to be working with such a talented group on this leading edge service. I truly believe that this is the future of gaming and that nobody is better placed to deliver the social gaming platform at home and on the move across emerging, growth and mature markets."

Scoopshot
Cross-platform app, Scoopshot, enables users to take images and sell them on to brands and companies (Fiat, Malibu and more) for a profit. Back in August, one man actually made $20,000 from the Android version.
The firm is expanding in the US and has taken on Dave Rickley of exec VP of North America, who joins from the Los Angeles Times where he was senior editor of operations and technology.

Proxama
NFC mobile wallet and marketing firm, Proxama, has made not one, but six hires, bringing on six interns as permanent members of staff. The company says there's been a surge in demand as banks, networks, OEMs, and retail brands look to integrate with its tech.
Proxama has also teamed with the New Entrepreneurs Foundation (NEF) to offer Edward Winters-Ronaldson a one year placement.
Neil Garner, founder and CEO of Proxama, said: "To be successful and grow, it is essential that we are able to recruit the very best young minds that have grown up with the technology we are now working with.
