Mobile gaming panel to debate the big issues

The Multimedia Research Consultancy is creating an industry panel to discuss mobile gaming.

The organisation, which is best know for it exhaustive database of mobile games enterprises, has assembled a panel comprising comprising developers, aggregators, distributors, publishers, operators, D2C portal operators, manufacturers and media.

These members will be periodically asked to answer questions online on issues relevant to the industry. Their responses will then be combined to reveal a consensus set of views and made available for sale. In addition selected headline findings will feature regularly in various media channels.

Vic Whiting, TMRC’s MD, said: "We have been researching the mobile games space for four years and believe that there is an urgent need for timely, actionable and economically priced business to business research on the wide range of issues confronting today's industry.”

Panel members will benefit from a range of incentives, including free results from the first survey, discounts on subsequent surveys, as well as on extracts from TMRC's database.

TMRC is currently recruiting members and the surveys will start in November. Thereafter TMRC anticipates consulting the panel three to six times a year.
