Launches Alembic 2.0 with up to 200 new fields of device information and better UI.
The aim of Mobile Distillery’s device database and web search engine is to make application development faster and more budget efficient. Its new version delivers up to 1,500 items of info for any one handset at any given time.
“With this launch we’re expanding Alembic’s multiple ease-of-use features including the ability to help define which platforms can support the capabilities of an existing iPhone or Android app,” said Eric Lemaréchal, COO of Mobile Distillery.
Alembic 2.0 features the ability to drill down into highly detailed information about APIs and functionality. It also includes a wizard feature for users wanting better device understanding in technical areas outside of their specific domain expertise.
