Britons set to reach more than 4GB per month.
Cisco Systems says that mobile data consumption is to see its biggest ever uptake within the next four years.
The UK used an average of 129MB per month in 2009, which than reached 268MB in 2010, according to the report.
However, the monthly 4,023MB expected from Britain in 2015 will almost double the 2,293MB expected from the US, demonstrating the popularity of browsing on-the-go.
That said, the mobile data use will mostly be fuelled by dongles that are connected to laptops.
Other countries with a penchant for mobile data includes France, Italy and Australia, which are all predicted to pass the 4GB use mark, while China and India's usage is set to remain under 500MB.
