Mobile content industry descends on Meet-Up

Nearly 200 defy the Tube strike to attend last night's networking party, sponsored by MIG.

Content execs from Vodafone, O2, EA, Nokia, Sony Music and many more major brands crowded into the swanky new venue, 24 London, with its private alcoves, interactive wall displays and cool ambience.

Despite a public transport strike in London, the event was packed - and the party was still raging after the ME team finally conceded defeat at midnight.

The hugely oversubscribed event was supported by Mobile Interactive Group, and acted as a launchpad for MIG's new division Kilrush, which provides mobile publishing and app development services to brands, broadcasters and other content specialists.

We'll be publishing photos from the event later today. Look out for a further story on the ME site.
