Five industry bodies come together for the greater good

The Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) has entered an alliance with four other industry bodies to promote and educate on various mobile marketing and advertising issues.

The MMA's new partners comprise the CMO Council, International Advertising Association UK Chapter, The Marketing Society and The Marketing Academy.

Together they will working on benchmarking, events, white papers, research and educational courses.

Paul Berney, the MMA’s CMO and Managing Director for EMEA, said: “A key part of the MMA's work is reaching out to marketers directly to both promote and educate.

"Working with this group of leading marketing and standards organisations is an important step both for this approach and for the achievement of great marketing industry cohesion.”
