Japan’s Mitsui is to invest 13.3 million euros in Buongiorno Marketing Services.
Mitsui will own 40 per cent of the joint venture and will also provide it with know-how in marketing services business and the identification of new business opportunities.The new JV offers multi-channel digital advertising campaigns and digital relationship marketing projects based on new technologies from conception and design to execution and delivery. It offers tracking and monitoring through reporting tools.
Buongiorno Marketing Services Netherland is a division of the European content giant Boungiorno that was formed in January 2007. The division incorporates the recently acquired HotSMS and Flytxt. Buongiorno has local operating companies in Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Austria and Germany, the UK and the US.
