Local office adopts parent's trading name after 'successful' integration.
The renamed company will be the European hub for all the Net Mobile group's mobile marketing activities.
Specifically, Net Mobile UK will offer the following:
- Voice Shortcodes and IVR services
- Operator outsourcing and service offerings which encompassing full track music, VoD, games and personalisation category management.
- Mobile payments and mobile banking services.
- Application development, including support from its development and porting team based in Shanghai.
Germany-based Net Mobile has also detailed its 2008/09 financial performance, with revenue for the year up 49 per cent at €42.5 million.
Theodore Niehues, Group CEO of net mobile AG, said: “We are very pleased with the successful integration of MINICK within the group and this further strengthens our position as one of Europe’s foremost players in the growing mobile entertainment application, billing and services industry.”
